The 2026 Support Staff Emeritus Award was presented to Martha Winesett in recognition of her years of dedicated service and significant contributions to the college. A WCC alumna, Winesett began her career at the college as a work-study student in 1999 before transitioning into full-time roles within Information Technology. Over her career, she served in several capacities, including Systems Analyst, before retiring in 2024.
Winesett was recognized for her expertise, professionalism, and commitment to supporting students, faculty, staff, and administration throughout her career. Her contributions were especially noted during the implementation of PeopleSoft and through her assistance to numerous departments across campus.
