Wytheville Community College (WCC) will host “In-Person Advising & Registration Days” to prepare students for the coming spring semester on the Wytheville Campus in the Student Services 1Stop on the lower level of Bland Hall:

  • Thursday, November 12—10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 19—2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, December 4—10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, December 10—2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

These scheduled times will give prospective or returning students who need assistance with enrolling for spring an opportunity to meet with an advisor and receive assistance with class registration.

Advisors will also be available to assist students with financial aid and other possible funding for classes and training. This includes help filling out a FAFSA and applying for Re-Employing Virginia (REV) funding for unemployed or underemployed Virginians.

During these sessions, WCC will follow all CDC and VDH safety protocols. Face coverings will be mandatory for everyone who participates, including students and WCC employees.

There will be a registration table set up at the Carroll Hall side entrance to Bland Hall. Only a limited number of students will be admitted at any given time to ensure overall social distancing. Sanitizing will occur between each student visit.
