About TQA

Tech Quest Academy, six years and growing, is for rising 9th grade students in the Wytheville Community College service region who are interested in exploring career pathways in Allied Health, Construction Technology, Criminal Justice, Digital Photography, or Information Systems Technology. Students gain valuable career knowledge while making new friends from other schools in the region.

Tech Quest Academy 2007 is sponsored jointly by the Crossroads Educational Consortium (Tech Prep), the Manufacturing Technology Center and the Wytheville Community College Workforce Development Center. The 2007 Tech Quest Academy will serve students from Bland, Wythe, Grayson, Carroll and Smyth counties and the City of Galax.
