Students needing help with email or distance learning can contact the Distance Learning Office at bbhelp@wcc.vccs.edu or 223-4784. Students needing help with the Student Information System (registering for courses, viewing grades, etc) should contact Student Services at 223-4758.

Faculty and Staff needing help with distance learning can contact the Distance Learning Office at bbhelp@wcc.vccs.edu or 223-4784. All other issues should be directed to the Help Desk, which can be reached through the address HelpDesk in Groupwise.
