Tips and Add-Ons for WCC Users
The "GW5 Enhancements" folder in your P: drive on the network contains Utilities and C3PO's (3rd Party Extensions) for GW 5.x from the Novell site. Items 1 & 2 are very highly recommended add-ons which will make your GroupWise experience a lot more pleasant.
- PrintPak.EXE will install tools for printing calendars in various formats.
- GWMEPUS.EXE (GW Mail Enhancement Package) will install automatic spell checking and allow you to specify font sizes and colors for your messages.
- GWREPLY.EXE will install enhancements for internet email addressing
- SCREEN.ZIP will install a screen saver that lets others send you a mail message when you are away from your desk.
- HTMLDIST.EXE lets you read HTML Pages as mail
- Gwaddver.exe is a very useful program that lets you view & verify your address books for valid entries.
- gwtipins.exe - Will install a enhancements that will give you a "Tip of the day" every time you start up GroupWise.
