Graduation Confirmation

To reserve your spot in the appropriate graduation ceremony, you will need to submit your response to the online survey linked below by Friday, April 7, 2017

Even if you marked your attendance preference on your graduation application, please take a moment to confirm your decision.  This will help us to get a more accurate count for our graduation ceremony preparations and will assist us in preparing lineup cards for the ceremony.

If you are not sure which ceremony to attend, please click here to view a list of certificates, diplomas, and degrees for each division.

The 2017  WCC commencement ceremonies will be held on Saturday, May 13 at the Wytheville Meeting Center  adjacent to the WCC campus.

  • The ceremony for all Health and Occupational Programs will be held at 2:00 p.m.  
  • The ceremony for all Transfer, Business, and Social Science Programs programs will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Although attendance is not mandatory, we strongly encourage you to attend the graduation ceremony to celebrate this milestone in your life.

Graduation Information

The 2016-17 Commencement ceremonies will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at the Wytheville Meeting Center, adjacent to main campus.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE START TIMES FOR THE GRADUATION CEREMONIES:

The ceremony for all Health and Occupational Programs will be held at 2:00 p.m.

As a Reminder:

Reception for Graduates and Guests  10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  (Wytheville Meeting Center – across from Gym)
Student Group Pictures by County  12:00 p.m. (Wytheville Meeting Center – Gym)
Lineup for Graduates 1:00 p.m.  (Wytheville Meeting Center – Gym)
Graduation Ceremony  2:00 p.m. (Wytheville Meeting Center – Ballroom)

The ceremony for all Transfer, Business, and Social Science Programs will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Lineup for Graduates 5:30 p.m. (Wytheville Meeting Center – Gym)

 There will be no rehearsal, so please make sure that you are on time for pictures and lineup to receive important information regarding the ceremony and your name card.
