Adjunct Faculty

Wytheville Community College is seeking a candidate for an adjunct teaching faculty position for the SACSCOC Accredited Practical Nursing Program.  Teaching responsibilities include classroom, clinical and campus laboratory instruction in practical nursing courses.  Position may require clinical travel, active participation in nursing faculty curriculum development and faculty meetings.  Duties may be performed at the Crossroads Institute, Wytheville main campus or clinical site locations as needed.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and eligibility for RN licensure in VA without any disciplinary action that currently restricts practice and have at least two years of direct client care experience as a registered nurse.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Higher Education Teaching Experience.
